I see many people of a certain age struggling with their phone, tablet or laptop. They feel lost and don't know where to turn. Installing an app or an update is a mountain to climb. That's what I'm here for, to lend a hand.
My mother, for example, only needs to say ‘Alexa, I'm going to watch TV’ for the TV to turn on, the lamp in the living room to turn also on and the lamps in the kitchen, the hallway or any other room to turn off.
The lights in the corridor turn on by themselves when she walks towards the entrance door, and turn off again when there is no movement. No awkward switches.
